As Head, Project Implementation, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of SeamlessHR software to all clients across multiple regions. This role requires strong collaboration with all departments in the organisation’s value chain to ensure the successful delivery of all projects. You will also oversee all software development projects within the organisation.
As Learning & Development Lead, you will be responsible for the training, performance enhancement & development of employees, and providing support for learning needs across the organisation. You will be required to understand the business and its learners, in order to create an effective learning strategy and deliver appropriate learning interventions. You will also be required to work closely with the HR team and business leaders to create a learning first mindset across the organisation.
As Product Manager, you will work hands-on with developers, stakeholders, customers, and marketers to deliver a best in class product to our customer base, increase profitability, strengthen quality, and overall, raise the bar for our team and core offering.
