We are looking for an assertive sales “hunter” with a deep understanding of the B2B enterprise landscape in Kenya, experienced in identifying, nurturing, and closing new opportunities, particularly in the embedded finance sector. The ideal candidate is a driven, high-integrity sales professional who excels in forging strategic relationships, meeting ambitious revenue targets, and advancing SeamlessHR’s presence across large enterprises. A natural leader and relationship builder, you have the charisma and skills to engage C-level executives, navigate complex sales processes, and champion our embedded finance solutions.

Job Details

  • Drive revenue growth for the embedded finance product by securing new enterprise accounts in Kenya.
  • Identify and establish relationships with large enterprise clients across diverse sectors, presenting embedded finance as a transformative solution.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, forecast revenue, and manage pipeline for the embedded finance product in Kenya.
  • Execute commercial negotiations and close complex, high-value deals to maximize revenue.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers, focusing on embedded finance needs and tailored solutions.
  • Oversee and optimize channel partner sales to expand the reach of the embedded finance product.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with our embedded finance offerings.
  • Participate in regular strategic meetings, providing input on regional market trends and customer insights.
  • Apply and promote SeamlessHR’s culture and values, emphasizing integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years focused on SaaS sales and embedded finance solutions.
  • Channel Sales: 2+ years of experience working with channel partners to expand reach and drive sales.
  • Strategic Expertise: Strong understanding of the positioning, pricing, and development strategies unique to enterprise SaaS and embedded finance companies.
  • Deal Closing: Demonstrated success in closing large, multi-million-dollar contracts and achieving sales targets in the embedded finance sector.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead sales initiatives and develop high-impact strategies for embedded finance product sales.
  • Ambiguity Handling: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high ambiguity.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with enterprise software applications (e.g., HCM, ERP, embedded finance) and multi-channel go-to-market models.
  • Attributes: Smart, driven, and goal-oriented with strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
