Job Summary
SeamlessHR is seeking a high-output Partner Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the Channel Partnerships leader. As a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and driving revenue growth through channel partners within the East and West African markets. Working closely with Account Executives in both markets, the Partner Manager will support the field-led sales strategy, generating leads from partners.
Job Details
- Pipeline Generation: Own a quota for partner-sourced pipeline and work collaboratively with partners to achieve their revenue goals.
- Acquisition: Identify, map, approach, and recruit different types of partners into SeamlessHR's Partner Program in East and West Africa.
- Evaluation & Onboarding: Evaluate the state of newly recruited partners and hold their hands through an onboarding experience that is designed for them to succeed in the program.
- GTM Planning: Design a roadmap with each partner detailing what success looks like for them working with SeamlessHR and align stakeholders towards relevant outcomes.
- Enablement: Develop and execute partner marketing activities, including joint events, digital marketing campaigns, breakfast seminars, and workshops in collaboration with partners.
- Training: Organize training sessions to keep partners up to date with SeamlessHR processes across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success.
- Performance Management: Monitor channel performance monthly, conduct partner performance reviews quarterly, and identify and communicate opportunities for growth with partners; take action where needed.
- Compliance: Ensure partners are complying with company policies and agreements, including those from Finance and Legal.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in regional partnership management in an international software company at a mid to senior level, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Leader by Influence: Highly adaptable leader who can influence people from cross-functional teams who don't necessarily report to you.
- Familiar with Sales: Comfortable with selling and able to support partners where necessary towards deal closure.
- Event Marketing Skills: Ability to execute partner marketing activities and especially co-branded events.
- Communication: Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills for partner interactions and internal coordination.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the East and West African market is a significant advantage.
