Job Summary
As a Project Implementation manager in SeamlessHR, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of SeamlessHR software to clients across multiple regions. This role requires strong product knowledge, solid grasp of project management principles and interpersonal skills to steer clients through their implementations and achieving a successful onboarding. You will aim to ensure the successful delivery of all projects.
Job Details
Participate in calls with clients to help them understand the SaaS model and timelines for implementation.
Perform the Setup and configuration of SeamlessHR software to the client, by implementing the modules purchased by the client.
Perform Onboarding, schedule engagements with clients to ensure knowledge transfer and client is able to commence usage of the software.
Ensure successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of all implementation projects.
Coordinate implementations and proactively communicate progress status to clients and internal stakeholders.
Engage Product teams to determine where process interventions are required to achieve business outcomes.
Monitor, track and control all outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
Develop a communication strategy for stakeholders of each project to report on the project status, metrics, risks, tests and deployment activities.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practice, particularly within the tech industry.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Uphold the company’s brand, core values, and culture at all times.
Requirements
A first degree from a reputable university; certification in agile project management and other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Demonstrable experience in Human Resource management.
Experience with SaaS will be an added advantage.
Strong project management skills.
Proven experience in multi-stakeholder management.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Skilled in customer needs identification.
Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
Ability to act professionally and with poise in all circumstances.
