Job Summary

The Total Rewards Specialist will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing SeamlessHR’s total rewards strategy, ensuring that our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic goals. This position is responsible for overseeing compensation policies, managing payroll and benefits, and driving key initiatives that support our commitment to employee engagement and satisfaction. As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will collaborate closely with senior management to ensure that our compensation strategies support the company’s objectives and enhance our position as an employer of choice.

Job Details

  • Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain SeamlessHR’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the total rewards budget, including regular monitoring, reporting, and adjustments to align with business needs.
  • Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, bonuses, and benefits disbursements.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Compensation Policy Development: Design and update compensation policies to ensure fair and consistent practices across the organization.
  • Variable Remuneration Schemes: Develop and manage incentive plans tailored to different roles, such as incentive schemes for revenue teams, ESOP and bonus structures .
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage company-wide projects focused on enhancing compensation and benefits, aligning initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Gap Analysis and Solution Implementation: Analyze compensation data to identify any gaps in equity or competitiveness and develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Advisory Role: Provide strategic guidance to senior management on compensation and benefits, supporting them in making informed decisions on employee rewards.
  • Industry Representation: Represent SeamlessHR at HR conferences and events, sharing insights and best practices related to total rewards.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support HR objectives.

Requirements

  • Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze compensation data, identify trends, and develop data-backed solutions.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with HR, Finance, and department heads.
  • Adaptability: Able to work within a dynamic, fast-growing environment with evolving employee needs.
  • Leadership: Exhibit a proactive approach to project management, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of transparency and fairness in compensation practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR function.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in budgeting, payroll systems, and HR analytics tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS platforms).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior management on strategic HR decisions.
  • Project Management: Proven experience leading complex compensation and benefits projects in alignment with organizational goals.
