Our commitment to excellence drives us to continuously improve and deliver outstanding service to our clients As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth; where you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and achieving individual sales targets.

Job Details

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and networking. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. 
  • Close deals by effectively presenting our solutions to clients through demos and educating clients on the features and benefits of our lending products. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities. 
  • Provide excellent customer service, and build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product and sales performance. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 
  • Apply and promote Embedded Finance culture and core values at all times. 
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed.

Functional/Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the lending or financial services
  • industry.
  • Strong understanding of lending products, interest rates, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
