We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager with a deep understanding of B2B sales in Kenya’s financial landscape, a strong network, and the ability to drive the adoption of embedded finance solutions. If you’re a sales “hunter” with experience selling credit or financial products to business clients, this is your chance to shape the future of embedded finance. Your role will focus on identifying opportunities, nurturing high-value relationships, and closing complex deals that position SeamlessHR as a leader in embedded finance.
Job Details
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by securing enterprise accounts and meeting quarterly revenue quotas.
- Client Acquisition: Build and manage relationships with large businesses leveraging embedded finance, targeting industries outside traditional banking.
- Solution Selling: Identify customer needs and tailor embedded finance solutions to drive transformative results.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop go-to-market strategies for embedded finance.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecast accurately.
- Close high-value, complex deals that align with customer goals.
- C-Level Engagement: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers across enterprises.
- Channel Partnerships: Collaborate with channel partners to amplify sales reach and implement embedded finance offerings.
- Market Insights: Provide customer feedback and industry insights to refine and evolve SeamlessHR’s embedded finance solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years in embedded finance or financial products.
- Proven ability to sell credit solutions or financial products in a B2B setting.
- Strong relationship management and networking capabilities within Kenya’s financial and corporate sectors.
- Expertise in lead generation, value demonstration, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of embedded finance and how financial services integrate into non-financial platforms.
- Familiarity with credit operations and multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
- High-energy sales professional with a revenue-driven mindset.
- Smart, adaptable, and goal-oriented with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable navigating complex sales processes and ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
