Job Summary

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building key relationships, and leading the sales team toward meeting aggressive revenue goals. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly within SaaS or corporate sectors.

Job Details

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. 
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and channel partnerships. 
  • Champion a solutions-oriented, value-driven sales approach. 
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, referrals, relationships, and inbound leads. 
  • Identify and target key growth opportunities within large and medium enterprises to increase sales and profitability. 
  • Conduct virtual or on-site meetings with customers to discuss needs and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Lead the consultative sales process, including business development, client research, product demonstrations, closing, and follow-ups. 
  • Research competitor products, pricing, and strategies to understand market trends and customer preferences. 
  • Skillfully navigate and negotiate contract terms with prospective clients. 
  • Regularly report on key prospects and sales potential to inform strategic decision-making. 
  • Uphold SeamlessHR’s brand, core values, and culture pillars consistently. 
  • Handle adhoc responsibilities as assigned by your Line Manager. 

Requirements

  • Experience: 4-6 years in B2B sales, with a proven history of meeting revenue targets. Experience in SaaS sales is an added advantage. 
  • Skills: Strong C-level relationship-building, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, and an affinity for technology. 
  • Competencies: Goal-oriented, adaptable, composed, and coachable with strong problem-solving skills.
