We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering visually engaging designs across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia. You will work closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to bring ideas to life and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

Job Details

Conceptualize and Design: Develop visually appealing designs for our SaaS products, including user interfaces, dashboards, and application flow. Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design elements adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and marketing materials.
User Experience: Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to understand user needs and pain points. Create intuitive and user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience.
Marketing Collateral: Design marketing materials such as landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, and video assets to support our marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and improve design solutions. Stay flexible and adaptable to evolving project requirements and timelines.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with managers and other team members to ensure design requests are implemented accurately and effectively.
Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.
Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects is essential.
Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma and other relevant software. Experience with prototyping and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
Creativity: Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail. Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding innovative design solutions.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
