Job Summary
The Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) will play a crucial role in expanding SeamlessHR’s footprint in Ghana. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers to build a strong sales pipeline. As a Senior SDR, you will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Job Details
Pipeline Generation & Lead Qualification
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate high-quality leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they meet the ideal customer profile.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position SeamlessHR’s solutions effectively.
- Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team (Account Executives).
- Support revenue goals and targets through net new account acquisitions
- Partake in the development of product-specific GTM strategies, forecasting, targets and pipeline management
Sales Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with Marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and messaging.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, update pipelines, and provide insights.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Serve as a mentor to junior SDRs, providing training, coaching, and guidance.
- Share best practices and support the team in improving sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in Ghana.
- Provide feedback to sales leadership on customer pain points and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead generation targets
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating high-quality leads.
- Experience in the SaaS industry or selling B2B software solutions is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM tools, and prospecting strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working with African markets is a plus.
