As Product Manager, you will work hands-on with developers, stakeholders, customers, and marketers to deliver a best in class product to our customer base, increase profitability, strengthen quality, and overall, raise the bar for our team and core offering.
Own delivery of product features and enhancements within Agile Scrum teams.
Write user-centered stories to clearly define user needs and requirements.
Team with engineering to define acceptance criteria and negotiate delivery.
Own the product roadmap, prioritize build efforts and manage customer and stakeholder expectations.
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategy to delivery and ongoing growth.
Perform market research and analysis to define customer needs and market opportunities.
Help build partnerships with vendors and third parties.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
Carry out research to benchmark products against top-rated counterparts globally.
Interface with relevant stakeholders to communicate reports about product backlogs, change management and product performance.
Any other task or project assigned by your Line Manager.
Uphold the company’s brand, culture, and core values at all times.
B.Sc./M.Sc. in a business related field or its equivalent from a reputable university.
Up to 2 years’ experience in Product Management.
Domain/industry knowledge/experience is an added advantage.
