Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing team in Ghana. This individual will play a critical role in driving strategic partnerships, developing enterprise-level relationships, and closing high-value SaaS deals across key industries including Manufacturing, Banking, and Mining & Energy. The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B sales professional with strong experience in SaaS sales, partner relationship management, and a proven track record of generating significant revenue through complex sales cycles. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with C-level executives.
Job Details
Enterprise Sales
- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise clients, focusing on high-impact sectors like Banking, Manufacturing, and Mining & Energy.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to product demos, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand their business challenges and position SeamlessHR solutions effectively.
Channel Sales Management
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners to drive indirect sales.
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships to increase lead flow and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with partners to support joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, and training sessions
General
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline health in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Provide regular forecasts and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Represent SeamlessHR at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals in excess of $100K annually.
- Strong industry network and experience selling to clients in Manufacturing, Banking, and Mining & Energy.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Demonstrated skills in consultative or solution selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and product demonstration.
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate, ambitious, and charismatic with the ability to inspire client confidence and trust.
