Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) to join our Embedded Finance team. This individual will be responsible for business development, strategic account management, and product adoption of our financial solutions, particularly salary-backed loans and EWA, targeting organizations with large workforce populations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B financial sales, especially in employee-lending, and a solid network of HR and finance decision-makers across mid to large enterprises.
Job Details
Business Development & Acquisition
- Identify and prospect organizations (250+ employees) across sectors that will benefit from SeamlessHR’s embedded finance solutions.
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, demos, negotiations, and closing.
- Secure partnerships with organizations to onboard their workforce onto SeamlessHR’s EF offerings, especially salary-backed loans.
Client & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring product uptake and sustained engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, Payroll Managers, and other key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Conduct periodic reviews with client decision-makers to improve satisfaction and product performance.
Product Adoption & Performance Monitoring
- Drive utilization of EF products by working closely with internal product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Track KPIs such as loan utilization, earned wage access uptake, and product feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to influence product development and positioning.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Collaborate with the SeamlessHR Core Sales Team to identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Work with Marketing to develop sector-specific campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Partner with Risk and Credit teams to ensure client suitability and loan book quality.
- Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed
Requirements
Must-Have
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in employee lending / salary-backed loan sales.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise accounts and driving product utilization.
- Strong understanding of how payroll, HR systems, and employee finance products integrate.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience selling to sectors such as FMCG, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Security or Outsourcing.
- Prior experience working in a fintech, financial institution, or HR tech environment.
- Existing network of HR/Finance decision-makers in large organizations or even CEOs of those organizations.
