Job Summary

As the Program Manager – GTM Operations, you will play a strategic role in strengthening our revenue engine through data analysis, pipeline visibility, forecast reliability, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive performance, optimize tools and processes, and ensure visibility into the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.

Job Details

1. Pipeline Intelligence & Funnel Visibility

  • Monitor deal creation by Account Executives (AEs) across segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise) and regions.
  • Flag pipeline health issues—low activity, deal stagnation, insufficient coverage.
  • Build dashboards and alerts for:
  • AEs with minimal new pipeline creation
  • Deals lacking recent activity
  • Funnel drop-off trends by segment and lead source

2. Deal & Segment Performance Analytics

  • Track and report on deal velocity, win/loss rates, and conversion by segment and region.
  • Analyze loss reasons to identify trends (pricing, competition, product gaps).
  • Present insights to Revenue Org leadership for GTM strategy refinement.

3. Forecasting Support & Pipeline Risk Analysis

  • Build reliable forecasting models using historical data and current pipeline metrics.
  • Support weekly forecast meetings with Sales Leaders and AEs.
  • Highlight high-risk deals, slippage, and shortfalls.

4. Operational Rhythm & Reporting

  • Drive weekly funnel reviews with SDRs and AEs.
  • Track MQL > SQL > SAL > Opportunity progression.
  • Maintain up-to-date reporting dashboards and KPIs for cross-functional visibility.

5. RevOps Infrastructure & Process Optimization

  • Manage and optimize the GTM tool stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Gong).
  • Drive data hygiene, automation, and best practice adoption.
  • Streamline deal stages, lead routing, and AE workflows.

6. Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Guide Sales Managers and AEs on pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline.
  • Partner with Marketing for campaign insights and qualified lead feedback.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to track renewals and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in RevOps / SalesOps / GTM Operations 
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) 
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in Excel, SQL, or BI tools 
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Bonus: Exposure to early-stage B2B SaaS
