Job Summary
At SeamlessHR, we are expanding our recruitment engine by engaging GTM Recruiters on a project-based contract to support a 3-month, 6-hire GTM sprint. This opportunity is designed for proven GTM recruiters who can deliver against clear sourcing, interview, and hiring targets within agreed timelines. It is best suited for recruiters with strong SaaS or Fintech GTM hiring experience who are comfortable with outcome-driven work, structured delivery expectations, and short-term contract engagements.
Job Details
Scope of Work
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned GTM roles, primarily within SaaS and Fintech sales functions
- Deliver consistent weekly sourcing outputs aligned with sprint KPIs
- Screen, assess, and submit high-quality candidates who meet defined role requirements
- Coordinate and manage candidate progress through first interviews to offer stage
- Partner closely with the People & Culture team to align on role expectations, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Provide regular pipeline updates and hiring insights throughout the sprint
- Close assigned roles within agreed timelines and quality benchmarks
Delivery Expectations (KPIs)
- Sourcing: 15 qualified GTM profiles per week
- Screening: 8 candidates per week that meet hiring standards
- Interviewing: 3–5 first-round interviews per week
- Hiring: 2 successful hires per month
- Sprint Target: 6 hires over a 90-day period
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience within SaaS, ERP, Fintech, or B2B technology environments
- Proven track record of closing GTM roles including Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and related commercial functions
- Comfortable working independently on short-term, project-based recruitment engagements
- Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, referrals, and niche tech talent communities
- Strong candidate assessment, judgement, and stakeholder communication skills
