Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our People & Culture team. This role is for someone who enjoys keeping HR operations running smoothly, cares about employee experience, and can manage processes with accuracy and ownership. You will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensure data integrity across HR systems, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment.

Job Details

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, confirmations, and status changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HRIS and personnel files.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation and routine employee communications.
  • Serve as first-line support for employee HR queries, leave administration, and general People requests.
  • Provide timely and accurate data inputs to support payroll processing and People reporting.
  • Support execution of employee engagement initiatives, learning logistics, surveys, and internal People communications.
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and labour regulations; support HR audits as required.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation and cross-functional People projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles. 
  • Experience working in a scaling, tech-driven environment. 
  • Good working knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office tools. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
