As Head, Learning and Development, you will have the over responsible to build a learning culture at SeamlessHR and drive performance enhancement and organisation development through trainings and other learning initiatives. You will be responsible for the development of all learning initiatives and programmes with special focus on SeamlessHR Academy, SeamlessHR Center of Excellence and Channel Partner Education.
The customer success manager will bridge the gap between sales and customer support, enhances product value and reduces churn, and continue to nurture clients' relationship throughout their lifespan.
To manage implementation projects within scope, timeline, and cost while ensuring successful delivery of all projects
